Coin Constellation contest 2012 winners has been announced. The International commemorative coins contest took place for the sixth time with more than 250 coins from 29 countries took part, a new record for this contest. The contest was held in 9 major nominations, in each of which the coin-winner and the awardees have been determined. The awarding ceremony took place on 14 June in Moscow. The organizer of the Coin Constellation is the Russian Publishing house Water Mark, the publisher of the specialized periodical on coins the Gold Chervonets Magazine and the organizer in the international coin conference and exhibition COINS. The contest jury includes the experts from the world famous museums and auction houses, representatives of the numismatic associations and specialized periodicals about coins from different countries.
